Terms and Conditions

Purchasing goods from Netherfold Nursery will constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions that are laid out here.

Netherfold Nursery is dedicated in its mission to supply high-quality products with clear and concise guidelines on aftercare. Netherfold Nursery will always strive to provide the best quality product although there may be some disparities in size, shape and colour between specimens. All artwork used to depict your product are for guidance only.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in our delivery area and your means of payment have been authorised for the transaction. We will deliver plants when they are fit for purpose and ready for planting. In extremely rare circumstances we may be unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or refund.

These Terms do not affect your Statuary Consumer Rights.  

We do strongly advise that all young plants are protected from frost until they are established.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards for both online and offline payments through Stripe. This is the preferred payment during the Covid crisis period.

If, for whatever reason, there is a problem with payment authorisation we will contact you with further instruction and information. Vouchers are personal to individual customers and should be used within the designated time frame stated. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers but can be used solitary or in conjunction with other payment methods for products only. We will take the utmost care to keep all information connected with your order secure but cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from our website unless this is solely due to our negligence.

Feedback and Complaints

We want to know when our service falls short of what you expect so that we can put things right, make improvements and learn from the experience.

Handling complaints is an important part of the service that we provide. We aim to provide the highest standards of service and to get things right. If you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint on any aspect of our service, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us through our email. 

We are committed to providing quality products and service adhering to a strict 'NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE' policy.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we would be happy to replace or refund the cost of your plants. Delivery and packaging costs will be reimbursed if your entire order is refunded.
